--publish-no-convert

Attempt to publish without converting first. Implies the --publish option.

This can only work if there was previously a successful publish conversion done, which later failed to publish during the following steps, e.g. due to a network error.

This option was introduced for debugging purposes to help get the git commands right for large conversions that took a look time.
