Subdirectory deployment

TODO test if it works. But we want it to be possible to deploy OurBigBook CLI static websites on subdirectories, e.g.: If it doesn't work, it should be easy to make it work, as we use relative links almost everywhere already. Likely there would only be some minor fixes to the --template arguments.
