News / Scope ancestors show on toplevel header and page title

Starting now, if you have a scoped header such as Sample code in:

= x86 Paging
{scope}

== Sample code

then if you visit either the

the title now shows something like:

x86 Paging / Sample code

instead of just:

Sample code

as before.

This makes it easier to identify what scoped pages are about.
